I'm a staff manager at AT&T, southwest division local services, who develop the system for the local service at AT&T. I have a small team that, you know, we deal with the software that will enable different systems to talk to each other either on the real time or on the batch process.
The part I'm responsible for is to interface between many, many systems, so, you know, one system's talking one language, another system talks a different language. My responsibility is [to ensure that] we can transmit data between the two systems so they can understand each other.
