You have to have people skills. You have to have very good communication skills.

People skills meaning that you can work with different types of people, different race, different gender, and not having that will power to do it yourself. You have to have somebody to help you do something because you're not - you don't know everything. And somebody that knows a little bit more than you, and if you're not willing to accept different people, then being in the military is not a job for you because you have to work around different type of people on a daily basis. Communication skills. Dealing with guns, you have to have some type of communication skills.
